This product allows you to launch, administer and customise innovative business intelligence (BI) reports in the same way that rival proprietary applications do. Just without the hefty price tag. Like SuiteCRM, it also has all the benefits and freedoms that go hand-in-hand with using Open Source Software.
Our SuiteCRM Analytics solution is comprised of two major components; SuiteCRM Web Analytics and SuiteCRM Data Integration – both of which have been updated for this V1.4 release!

SuiteCRM Web Analytics:
- New Average Call Duration Report
The New Average Call Duration Report allows users to determine the average duration of calls by month and by each SuiteCRM module. The user can also select a date range to filter call data and output either a Bar or Line chart.
- New Agent Activity Report
The New Agent Activity Report allows users to determine Total User Activities per Agent, within a specified period. The user can also filter the data by the Agents Country and/ or the Activity Module. The user can then choose to render the data as a Bar or Line chart.
- New Periodic Agent Country Sales Report
The New Periodic Agent Country Sales Report allows users to determine the quantity, cost, discount and revenue of Sales. This can be broken down by Period and Agent Country. The user can then select a date range to filter the Sales data and then choose to render the data as a Bar or Line chart.
- New Data Exports
The new Data Export solution allows end users to extract more data from the Data Warehouse to use in third party applications. The newly added Exports include the following: Activities, Opportunities, Sales and Leads.
- Improved Activities OLAP Cube
Additional dimension elements have been added to the Activities OLAP cube.
- Updated Report Template
The Reporting Template has been updated to include the latest new reporting features.
- Migrated Data Export Mapping
The Data Export Mapping has been migrated from the Data Warehouse Database to SuiteCRM Analytics this means that the Data Export tool can be used without being dependant on the Data Warehouse having been setup.
- Various bug fixes and enhancements
SuiteCRM Data Integration:
- Installation Times Improved
The time it takes for users to install Demo Data to the Data Warehouse has been reduced.
- Timezone Support Configuration
Administrators are now able to configure the timezone that the ETL runs on. This will allow administrators to sync their SuiteCRM Database with the SuiteCRM Data Warehouse.
- Further Support for Tasks in Analytics
A new Fact and Dimension Table has been designed to support Activities analysis associated with Cases, Leads and Opportunities.
Users can now report on what Activities (Emails, Calls, Meetings and Tasks) have been performed by which Agent, at what time and against what Lead, Case or Opportunity.
- Various bug fixes and enhancements
