SalesAgility is delighted to announce the continued availability of SuiteCRM services on the Government’s Digital Marketplace G-Cloud 11 Framework, facilitating a faster and more efficient roll-out of their SuiteCRM platform to the public sector.
G-Cloud 11 is the latest iteration of the UK Government G-Cloud, a series of pre-existing framework agreements set up between the government and accredited suppliers from which, public sector organisations can buy services without needing to run a full tender or competition procurement process. There are currently around 31,000 cloud services listed on the G-Cloud framework.
SuiteCRM is the most downloaded CRM globally, and SalesAgility is the driving force behind the project as the authors and maintainers. SuiteCRM is excellent for the public sector as it is; fully featured, highly customizable and can be integrated into existing software using the powerful API. Within the CRM it is easy to manage and assign cases to directorates, close them faster, as well as track case history and multi-channel touchpoints.
