A Sandbox is a replica of your live CRM is an independent environment ideal for training or experimentation where you can test changes to records, settings, workflows and schedulers without risking production data. Our Silver Support package is included by default in our shared hosting packages. This gives you direct access to the team who create, maintain and develop the application to help drive adoption, enhance your CRM and grow your organisation. You can optionally upgrade to Gold or Platinum Support to unlock additional support hours and enhanced SLA response times to prioritise your organisation’s CRM development. Customisation
There are several ways to customise your CRM instance. The core application contains powerful tools such as Workflow Manager, Studio and Drop-down Editor to customise the application directly from the UI. Module Loader can be used to upload customised modules or third party plug-ins to the CRM.
If you have access to your own software developers and intend to add custom code changes, we offer a Code Repository Access Add-On for all hosting packages. Software version control via Git can be used to submit custom code changes, which will be reviewed from a stability, security and upgrade compatibility perspective before automated deployment. External read-only or read-write access to the database is available as an Add-On for dedicated hosting clients.
We also offer access to a development focused docker image which can be used by in house or third party developers. This is pre-prepared with the standard tools required to develop SuiteCRM and SuiteASSURED and ensures development environments match production as closely as possible.
Data and Compliance
Each instance is hosted within one of our Virtual Private Clouds on AWS or within our private cloud in Scotland. We have a choice of regions including Europe and the USA to ensure low latency access, data sovereignty and a smooth path to compliance. Data processed by us will be stored within your chosen region at all times.
