SuiteCRM Ltd has just released SuiteCRM 8.8.1 & 7.14.7. A security and maintenance release with numerous fixes, as such, we encourage SuiteCRM users to upgrade when they can.
SuiteCRM, the world’s preferred Open Source CRM, has over 1 million downloads worldwide and counting. It is supported by a dedicated and talented community where members volunteer their time and skill to give back to the product so that everyone can benefit.
What’s new in 8.8.1 & 7.14.7?
This release includes several important security, bug fixes and a few keys enhancements with OAuth now available for setting up Outbound Email Accounts plus the new EntryPoint path /ep/.
With many email platforms increasing security requirements, OAuth support is fast becoming essential. Moreover, the new EntryPoint path is also available for all current EntryPoint, but most importantly designed to resolve issues with third party system not supporting parameters on the EntryPoint URL.
