SuiteCRM implementation
Set up, configure and launch your new CRM with the professional guidance and expertise only the vendor can bring.
Proven methodology, from the people who built it
Our implementation approach ensures SuiteCRM fits how your organisation works — not the other way around. We combine proven methodology with deep platform expertise, so your SuiteCRM instance is configured correctly and architected to fit your business from the outset. You get value from your investment sooner, and with less trial and error. Our approach follows four steps, taking you from first conversation to long-term success.
You can implement it yourself
SuiteCRM’s open-source model makes it a cost-effective platform, and many organisations choose to implement it themselves. But a self-led approach has real requirements: time, specialist skills and internal resources. Implementing a CRM is a significant undertaking, touching your customer data, processes and day-to-day operations.

Where SuiteCRM expertise makes the difference
Configuration, data migration, workflow customisation and integration with your existing tools are where a CRM really comes to life. Each one requires specialist expertise. Getting them right takes time and attention that can pull your staff away from the work that grows your business.
The stakes matter here too: a poorly configured CRM can introduce data integrity issues, and a system your team doesn’t trust is one they won’t fully adopt. Get it right, and you have a platform your team relies on with confidence from the start.
Our approach
1. Discovery — build understanding and align on vision
The discovery phase lays the foundation for the project. We focus on understanding your organisation at a high level: your structure, goals, challenges and how you currently operate. This gives us a clear picture of what you need before moving into detailed requirements gathering.
We also use this stage to identify your priorities. SuiteCRM implementations often work best when they are delivered in phases rather than in one go, and Discovery is where we start to shape what belongs in the first phase and what should follow later.

2. Design — analyse needs and produce a solution proposal
We run collaborative workshops to explore your processes and CRM needs in detail. We then analyse them to identify the customisations needed to design a solution that fits your organisation.
During Design, we agree how the project will be phased. The first phase covers the essentials your team needs to work in SuiteCRM, such as data structure, user access and permissions, and the modules central to your day-to-day work. Later phases are shaped by what your users learn from actually using SuiteCRM.
The outcome is a Requirements Specification Document (RSD), which includes user stories with acceptance criteria, entity relationship diagrams, a data dictionary and process maps where relevant.

- Proposal presentation with fixed price and timeline
- Client review and sign-off
3. Implementation — build, validate and deliver your tailored CRM
Once the scope is agreed, we move into implementation. We develop and configure SuiteCRM to the specification document (RSD), run thorough testing, and support your team through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Once validated, we deploy the solution to your chosen environment. We also provide training suited to your users so they are confident from the start.
If you need existing CRM data migrated across, our SuiteCRM migration service handles that as part of the implementation.

4. Optimise and grow — support long-term success
CRM success is ongoing, not a one-off event. Once your solution is live, we offer a range of services to make sure it continues to deliver value as your organisation grows and changes.
Support is a key part of that. Users, administrators and project sponsors all need to know what help is available and how to access it for problem resolution and change requests. Our support services are designed to engage according to the needs of each client, with clearly defined KPIs for every support request.
We also host SuiteCRM for clients who want us to take care of everything, from infrastructure and backups to updates and support. SuiteCRM Hosted includes support as standard, and many hosted clients add SuiteASSURED for warranty and indemnification cover on top. If you prefer to self-host, you can add one of our support plans or SuiteASSURED for the same peace of mind.

- SuiteCRM consultancy and best practices
- Security and performance auditing
- Feature enhancements and integrations
- Scalable growth support
Implementation is the start of your journey
For optimal adoption and ROI, continuous optimisation and evolution is necessary to support growth, innovation and operational efficiency.
Implementing a CRM is not a one-off activity. Your system will need to change as your business does. Choosing a platform that is easy to modify after go-live is one of the key benefits of open-source SuiteCRM, and having the platform’s vendor as your delivery partner means the door stays open for whatever comes next.
