Hi folks,

Sadly, I can't figure out how to do a proper backup for our suitecrm.

I found under 'admin' the 'backup' but I don't know how to use it properly.

I know that I have to backup the database from the server/host/cpanel area, which I have done, but how do I make that .zip file part work in the admin area. I keep getting 500 errors and such. I think there is a problem with permissions or something.

Thanks for any help as I don't want to lose all the work I've done.

Thanks!!

like... is this the best and full way to do it (taken from sugar)
www.siteground.com/tutorials/sugarcrm/sugarcrm-backup.htm

attached to this post is a screenshot of what my cpanel created for a 'backup'. can anyone confirm if this is a 'full' backup able to be imported back into a new suitecrm install if anything goes bad? Thanks!
