What could cause the mass update button to do nothing?
The only error I can find (checking server logs and using Chrome browser dev tool) are some violations regarding ‘setInterval’ handler taking too long
in sugar_grp1.js and sugar_grp1_yui.js
Dunno if that’s related or not.
What is your SuiteCRM version? And PHP version?
On which screen do you get that? Even if it’s on many screens, tell about one so I can make sure I’m looking at the same things as you.

But please try upgrading to the latest 7.10.x, I believe this can be fixed by now.
