Change Opportunity text field to a drop down

While editing any Opportunity, there is a “Next Step” field that is a text box. Can this be converted to a selection drop down with preset options?

converting from one rtype to another might have some additional challenges. You might have to migrate data in a way that it fits the new restrictions.

But a simple way to do it would be to remove the existing field from the layouts, and add a new “dropdown” field with what you want.
