How do i get email notification when contact accepts meeting

Hi,

Cronjobs are not enabled on my system so I cannot setup schedulers. I’m not sure workflow work too. The system is fully capable of sending outbound emails. So, how can I setup an email notification when a contact accepts meeting?

You should really be able to set up Schedulers… why not? It is possible even on shared hostings, with little permissions allowed.

  • Workflows: if they are “on save”, they will work without scheduler jobs. If they are “on scheduler”… no

  • assignment emails I think don’t need scheduler either (only reminder emails do). Have you set up a System email account in Admin / outbound Email?
