Cant Add Dashlets

Hi there Forum

I need desperate help.

For some reason, I can no longer add Dashlets.
I just get the spinning cirlces like its hanging.

I have increased the “Maximum number of SuiteCRM Dashlets on Homepage” but has made no difference.

This was working fine, but just stopped working for some reason. Suitecrm log file has no error message relating to adding dashlets.

What is your SuiteCRM version and PHP version?

How many Dashlets do you have in total?

Do you get any errors in your logs, or in the browser’s Developer console?

I managed to resolve this by removing a custom package that an external developer did for me.
