Our site is uaing SuiteCRM 7.7 and for some reasons we cannot upgrade right now though we are developing a new site with latest version. Recently we upgraded our server with PHP 7 and since then our web service which was using SOAP calls failed. It fails for ‘get_entry_list’ call where we pass a query. The error returned is ‘-1: Unknown error in SOAP call: service died unexpectedly’. Other soap calls work and I can even login with it.
Any help or insight will be deeply appreciated.
