Set follow up email reminders

If I send a client a quote and don’t hear back within a week, is there a way to set either an automated follow up email to this client that contains the quote again plus a message, OR set a reminder to myself to email them again?

I am not able to code so if there’s a way to do this without integrating php or other coding techniques that would be helpful.

The workflow module is what can facilitate that. You can set actions (ie send email) to happen as a response to triggers like date, editing an entry, etc/
