Import Leads with Chinese characters

Hi

Im on version 7.10 and when I try to import Leads with Chinese characters , the system converts them into ???(quation marks) . is it possible to import without losing the chinese characters?

I am not 100% sure if this will work but maybe adding a Chinese language package to the system? If not already
