Reading through your issue, I have tried to see if I encounter the same problem but I don’t seem to.
From the version I am running it seems to act as expected.
I can independently sort by Date Created and Due Date.
When you say ‘can I sort by only “due date” ?’, do you mean that you may be able to sort by more than one column, or no matter which column you sort by, it always seems to order by created date?

Ahh i see, that makes sense now, thank you.
Im not sure if this is the issue that you are having, but I noticed that if you refresh the dashlet, it causes sorting issues.
However, if you click the pencil/edit icon, and save it, this seemed to fix the issue? Would it be possible to try this and see how you get on please? I know it seems like it may not do much, but seemed to fix an issue that I spotted.

What I found is that thisseems to work with dashboard applet, but not when I open taks page…thats where I use it
it seems I have js errors
need to solve them and then see if it works again

Ahh I see, sorry, I should have double checked where the issue was, but glad to see there was somewhat of a work around there
Was this after some recent upgrade or has it seemed to never work?
If it seems that the js is acting up, you could try Repairing the JS files inside the Repair section of the admin panel, in the same location as Repair and rebuild.
Sometimes to be safe I just rebuild all of the JS file options, there are 4. These dont take long at all.
But yeah, feel free to keep us up to date and hopefully we get to the bottom of this

You may also:
- check SuiteCRM error log and report anything “FATAL” at the same moment in which the error occurred
- check Apache/PHP error log and report any errors at the same moment in which the error occurred
- check the browser javascript console and report any error message at the time in which you try sorting and it fails
- Refresh the browser and clear the browser cachhe (Ctr+F5 should be sufficient on most browsers)
- Try with a different browser
- Try on a different computer
- Check that permissions are set correctly (please specify how you have set them)
