When I send an pdf quote via email using a template email having already some attachment, the email is sent WITHOUT THE QUOTE BUT WITH ONLY THE EMAIL TEMPLATE ATTACHMENTS.

the field RELATED TO is not filled correctly and the VARIABLE FIELDS are printed like “$ACCOUNT_NAME etc”
