Hello, since sometimes, I can’t no more access SuiteCRM on my smartphone : as soon as I make a search or click on a record, the CRM logout and the operation is canceled. I’m back to the login page each time I try to enter the CRM.
Version 7.10.4
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (version de construction 344)
Smartphone is 1+1 with Android 6.0.1
Cyanogen OS 1.3.1.2 Bacon

I have seen a similar behaviour in an office network with load balancing on the internet connection.
Remedy was to go to Admin - System Settings and disable option “Validate user IP address:”.

There’s nothing in your log…
WSiedler’s suggestion is good, especially if you’re logging in at the same time from the desktop, with the same user.
