We are transitioning a client that is using wordpress to suite crm. Does Suite CRM have a plugin similar to this?

Search the SuiteCRM Store, all plug ins are there.
Also have a look at these modules: Products, Invoices, Quotes
They don’t do electronic payments but they should be the basis for other parts of your Sales system.
