Good morning i am trying to send the reports of the meetings by user individually but there , is there a posibilit to create a general report of the meetings and after just send separate by user the information, so they can acces only to their information?

Yes 
In the conditions you can add “assigned user” and then in the options select “equals to” “current user”
This defaults the data to whoever is signed in looking at the report - works great for homepage dashlets for users
This does not work with scheduled reports though so it will not send an email report custom to users
