I have local installed Bitnami 7.6.4 working good.
Wish to upgrade to Bitnami 7.11.0 or 7.11.0 o
How to proceed?

You could simply upgrade SuiteCRM, I suppose?
Maybe you will have more trouble upgrading the underlying PHP to 7.x, which you will have to do (sooner than later). That’s why I stopped using Bitnami, upgrades to the stack were needlessly difficult.
A straight Ubuntu is much easier. I am not sure which would be the best option under windows, maybe others can suggest?
