Home screen error after installing 7.10.8

After the upgrade to 7.10.8 from 7.10.7 encountered an error on the home screen.

Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/mydomain/public_html/SuiteCRM/include/Dashlets/DashletGenericChart.php on line 137

Tried the applet repair but no change.

Hi there! I think I know what the issue is but could you confirm something with me. What PHP version are you running? Is it 5.5.9 or 7.1 e.g?
