I have installed suiteCRM 7.1.4 . Also I have the correct permissions.

Hi there,

This is most likely an issue with the language pack. You will need to add in the value for the label. If you search for this issue, I resolved this with a user previously.

I add LBL_CREATE_PORTAL_USER in modules / Contacts / language and it worked
