Can i share my Dashlets e.g Charts wιth other users so to can form them to all the same?

I think it depends on how on your Roles/Groups structure and configuration. If the reports module is unrestricted to all, I believe everybody should have access to the data and the charts.
There are no roles until now so everything is unrestricted. What i want to do is to set for all the users the same home page(suite crm dashboard, calendar, charts)
so to there is no need for users to create them from the beginning.
That’s not possible by default on SuiteCRM. You will need to code something for that. I think there is a module on the store to solve that but is a little bit expensive :

So eveything that i would like to share with end users should be created in a form of php code
This add on unfortunately does not have this potential
