Dear Support Team,
Excellent System develop and it is really very nice.
But i have one issue every time i am getting 500 Internal Error.
System is hosted on Sql Server 2014 with Sql Server 2012 R2.
Need your help to sort out this issue.

Is this a new installation that never worked properly, or was it working well before, and now it’s broken?

yes it is new installation but never worked properly.
always getting this error.
I am using latest version of Suite CRM version is 7.10.6.
Newly Installed always got this error. since the installation is done.

I believe it could be an issue of wrong permission or the wrong ownership of the file system.

if still not working check .htaccess file there could be a formatting problem
