when I am in a module (accounts) the tabs below the form are displayed: history, activities, documets, contacts, etc, how do I include a new module that I created in this guide?

Those tabs are called subpanel that is all have relationship with parent module Accounts.
If you want your custom module to have under accounts module. You have to create relationship from studio.
Admin / Studio / Accounts / Relationships and select relationship type you want, if you select one-to-many, that means One account have multiple recoreds of your custom module.
