Convert Lead layout missing

Hello,

I want to customize the Convert Lead Layout, but i am unable to locate it.

The option for Convert lead works just fine, Also the drop down lists are written in white over white background so we cant read what is written unless one hovers the mouse on it.

Please help me add the convert lead layout and change the background colour of the drop down.

You cannot edit the lead conversion layout through studio.

Thanks for the clarification Darren. Can you tell me how to edit it then.
There are at least 10 or so fields i want to delete from that form.
