Hi Forum,
I need to organize and contact networks of people in and outside the company.
Therefore I created a new module ’ Networks’ and related this to Contacts, Accounts and Users.
Now I need to contact / email these people in an easy way.
I could make use of Target Lists and relate these to my Networks, but I cannot do this.
Target Lists is a module that is not visible in Studio, I cannot relate anything to TL’s and cannot customise any fields, views.
I also cannot populate a TL from the contacts, accounts and users related to my Network records.
Are my requirements strange or do I miss essential other SuiteCRM features?
I know there exist some extensions from SugarOutfitters, but do not want to start directly with commercial stuff.
I started recently with SuiteCRM and like to stick to the essentials of SuiteCRM itself.
I think it is kinda strange that such a central and critical module like TL is isolated from the studio features.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback, hints and opinions on this matter.
