Client communications

Hi,

We are evaluating SuiteCRM to replace another package we have used for a number of years, and I have to say it looks very good. The one thing I am struggling with, is to understand which are you log client communications e.g. after you have phoned a client, sent them an email or attended a meeting where would you log an overview of the discussion?

Enter the contact’s record, there’s a subpanel called “Activities” where you can add a call, a note, an email, or a meeting.

They can also be created from other places, but this is probably the easiest.

I also do it from Android on my phone, using the free version of QuickCRM app.
