New fields added now showing up

I have tried everything I could. Added the new fields to the sections. Changed it on the layout designs and saved and redeployed it but the changes is not showing up and neither any error message is displayed.

How can I fix my issues it’s been long stuck on it

It seems to be a permission issue

Thanks a lot . the documentation didn’t had this that when a change had occurred in field need to rebuild the database.Thanks alot
