Cannot see Products and Services Purchased in the Accounts Detailed view

Hi ,

We have recently set up Suite CRM 7.7.3 for a small business.I have created 10 different products and imported existing customer accounts. When I am viewing the Individual account I am not able to add/see the “Product and Services Purchased”. I have updated each Quotes to Closed Accepted, still “Product and Services Purchased” section has No data.

Can anybody advice?

Your quotes need to have an Invoice with status Paid too, do you have it?

is your quote Closed and Accepted? does you Quote and Invoice have Line Items?
