email Fields are not populating

for any automated system email from Templates is not autocomplete the fields

he is an example of what the end user receives:

Hi $contact_first_name $contact_last_name,
We’ve received your case $acase_name (# $acase_case_number) on $acase_date_entered
Status $acase_status
Reference $acase_case_number
Description $acase_description

This is high importance, please let me know

There is a similar issue to this in Github, a bug in a recent version. But we don’t know which version you’re using…

can you please send some instructions, my experience is moderate

I searched GitHub but I could only find a similar issue that (supposedly) was already fixed in 7.9.5.

If you put variables in the Subject line (not in the Body of the email), do they replace correctly?

no it doesn’t, maybe I have to replace some files or security on files?.. can you direct me on which files need to look into? or any other ideas?

I don’t know, maybe check your logs to see if you find some clues…
