upgrade to 7.9.0 zip error(0): status(9)

ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://SuiteCRM-7.9.0.zip): Directory(/var/www/html/cache/upgrades/temp/nRBqhQ)

I am stuck with this and don’t know what to do/what solution exists?

Here are a few possibilities:

  1. Check if you have zip module correctly installed in your PHP

  2. And where exactly did you get that zip from? Github, Sourceforge, suitecrm.com?

  3. Are you sure you’re using the upgrade package, not the full install package?

I was receiving this error because I was unzipping the original file and then zip it with 7zip. Instead with original file downloaded from suitecrm it works!
