Case creation notifying email doesn't work

The created workflow to send instant email to case owner once he hit save as Ticket email is not working

What is the possibly wrong i did

I see that you have “All Records” selected.

Would it be possible to change this to “New Records”, and seeing if this helps with the issue?

Has the Workflow run at all, or does it do nothing?

You should be able to see if the workflow runs, and fails sending email, by looking at the “Process Audit” section beneath the Workflow itself.

If it has ran, it will have lines that say eg: “Complete” / “Failed” / “Running”.

Also, I was wondering if you could post a screenshot of your “action” section, to ensure this is set up without issue?
