emails created by SuiteCRM Outlook Add-In not displaying correctly

Hello,
When we loaded 7.10.6, we noticed that Outlook emails were not displaying correctly. Once an email was opened, this was the only email being displayed for all customers. A rebuild would display the correct email, however that email would then be displayed for all customers.
We have now upgraded to 7.10.7 and the email is not displaying at all now, just lots of HTML code.
