We upgraded to 7.3 Beta from 7.2.5 Beta and Inline editing was working fine but now it is not. I checked config.php and lines are there. Everything else seems to be working fine.
Got it to work. I had to play with config.php and enable then disable inline editing under System, did repairs in between and now it’s working.

Thanks for sharing your fix. I just upraded from 7.2.3 to 7.3 production release. I wasn’t able to get inline editing working even with adding the lines to config.php. Your process fixed it for me.
