I’m testing with SuiteCRM if this product is suitable for our organization. One of the requirements is service levels on inbound email and routing when exceeds. I’ve come across a module called ELMS from SalesAgility. Does anybody know how to optain this module? I’ve contacted SalesAgility but they said I must go to the forum because it’s knowlegde for anybody. Any idea?
