Help with basic report on cases by state to use in dashboard

Hello,

I would like to create a report dashlet that reports the number of cases by state, the result would be something similar to:

case state case count

  • CLOSED 13
  • REJECTED 3
  • ASSIGNED 4
  • PENDING INPUT 6
  • NEW 7

Ideally with “case count” clickable and goes to case list

I’m tryng to create this with the demo version and then replicate on our production

Could you help on how to achieve this pls?

I’m struggling with the demo version but not able to achieve it either via reports or charts

I was able to obtain the report and the chart, screenshot attached for future reference.

Now I only missing how to make the “sum” link clickable as per open opportunities defaukt chart

any ideas?

This sub forum is more geared towards the third party tool SuiteCRM Analytics. If its related to the reporting that is embedded with SuiteCRM then you might have more luck on the main forum. Im afraid I can’t help you with this
