Changes on listview don't visible for certain user

Hello,

i’ve customized the layout of the listview for cases-module.
It works very fine for a number of users but for one user the listview visibles no changes and remains on standard.

I’ve cleared browser cache, repair & rebuilt -> done in developer-mode and normal mode. Nothing changed.
I’ve tested this behavior on other computers that never works with suitecrm. So i can be sure that no cached pages are in the browser. Same result.

For specific one user the listview stills on standard.

What can I do?

is the specific account using a saved filter? I recently learned that saved filters store the column layout of listviews as well.

User preferences need to be reset. An admin can do it from the users’ module or you can ask the users to reset their profile on their own.
