Created a new module, but failed to save its record

I created a new module named ProgressLogs, the process seemed good as usual, but then I found that I couldn’t save its record.
A window pops up and remind me I am leaving the page.

These steps must fix your issue.

  1. admin->quick repair
  2. scroll dow to bottom
  3. Execute database query in bottom.

This issue telling that someone is mismatching your modules with vardefs, all you need a repar and execute.

I encountered the same issue when I was creating another module. And then I found the method you mentioned workable.
