BULK ACTION to EMAIL BUTTON in LISTVIEW

I still dont resolve the issue of setting roles from admin that the user cant delete but after i set it and i went to the user for testing the Bulk Action changes to Email Button :frowning: i hope someone manage to answer and solve my problems. Thanks in advance.

I create role for the user and that user i set Delete = None and after i set it and go to that user . The bulk action button changes to email button. hope you get my point . i cant attach a pic. Thank you

Im currently using the latest ver. of SuiteCRM which is 7.11.4 . The issue iā€™d encounter was after creating roles for the other user. e.g. Accounts -> Access = Enabled , Delete = None. and save it. And i go to that user that has roles for that and i went go Account module Listview and the ā€œBULK ACTION BUTTONā€ Changes to ā€œEMAIL BUTTONā€ . Please someone help me with these problem. Can you please try the new 7.11.5 which came out yesterday? 7.11.4 had problems saving user profile items and I am not sure if that could be affecting your issue.

When you upgrade, go into the Roles and change the settings again, and save, and then come back and try the subpanel.

I try a test upgrade from version 7.11.4 to 7.11.5 and still the issue is still there. The bulk action button still changes to Email Button. Is there anyone having the same problem as mine ? and how would i fix this issue. Thanks.

Can you please check your logs at the time when the Accounts List View is displayed?

And also your browserā€™s Web developer console, there might be Javascript errors.

Iā€™d check my logs but it seems no errors found and look also for the web console and no error found. What might be the problem why i encounter this kind of problem. Is this the system itself having the error ?

Hi after iā€™d tried the love demo and still the problem is there . The Bulk Action Button for the user was change to Email button. How come is this error not been solve?

An issue needs to be created on GitHub, otherwise the developers donā€™t even know it exists.

Please create a new issue there, with a nice list of steps-to-reproduce, in detail, like this:

  • go to role X
  • assign user Y to that role
  • go to screen Z
  • click button B
  • etc
