Apostrophe in Email From Address

My name O’Grady is displaying the apostrophe as HTML code in the email from address . The text format is UTF-8. Any ideas?

Please be more specific. It seems that you are writing that it is being displayed correctly.

Apostrophe or single quotes may create issues. Maybe you can try to replace the apostrophe with the equivalent html entity (although I am not sure it will work).

This is what gets displayed in the from address when I send emails from SuiteCRM.
