Need to show data in Tabular Form

Hi Folks,

I have got a requirement that I need to create a Sub-panel under Account form and there, I need to show last 3 years sales in a tabular format as following:

Year DOLLAR POUND RUPEES
2016 3 2 1
2017 4 1 3
2018 5 8 3

How can we store this details against one Account, and how we can show?

You can create a custom module and create a relationship to accounts or you can create a custom subpanel. Check this sample:
