i have got a question. Is it a possibility to delete all files to get the originally settings again?

You mean to start over, losing all your information?
If you
- delete the entire database,
- delete the “custom” directory,
- delete config_override.php,
- and set “installer_locked” to “false” in your config.php
… then you should be able to run “install.php” from your browser and start fresh.
