The € sign is transformed into a ?

Hi all,
i am using suitecrm with Versie 7.9.3. i am facing a problem that whenever i enter € sign in any text field and save it, after save it convert into ? sign.
please let me know how i can fix this issue?

I thought this was fixed already. Can you try it in a newer version?

What are your international settings in User profile?
