Undefined in interface and when save a layout

Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this error?
I see this in the layout and there is no what to give it a name. Additionally, when I save a layout it says undefined but at times saves what I need,

Hi beatthecasino,

this is usually a permissions issue. I would suggest the following:

  1. Set permissions.
  2. Run Repair&Rebuild.
