Error with 'List Roles by User' in Role management

I am experiencing a strange error. Under role management when I select list roles by user, and then select a user, the page loads with the permission settings for the selected user but then automatically reloads taking you back to the selection screen again.

This is happening on two independent installations and I cannot see any error messages within the logs.

Please can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this?

Are you trying with Admin user, or another user? I seem to remember that Admin users don’t see anything useful on that screen (because they have access to everything. But the message should be clearer, instead of showing an empty screen).

I would also test that in a later version of SuiteCRM, yours is quite old and many bugs have been fixed since.
