Why the "help text" fields information is not displayed?

Our sister company is finding our CRM very interresting to a point they want me to install their SuiteCRM instance.
In the process I am installing from fresh and looking at things that I did not paid attention to before.
being an “old” users (in both terms) since v5.5 there are some things that I assume “worked” at a point in time.
As an example the “help text” and “comment text” field that we see only in Studio but their content does not appear anywhere…

Is this a feature lost, bug, an oversight or what?
How can we get them to show, because it does make sense to use them…

I forgot to mention that I am installing 7.8.13 to match ours and will most likely upgrade to latest version 7.8.2? within 10 days…
