Is there a way to make a dropdown list mass editable so that it shows up in the Mass Edit function when trying to update multiple support tickets, for instance?

In Studio / Module / Fields
Select that field and see if there is a checkbox called “Mass update”, turn it on.
I note that some fields don’t provide that checkbox, I’m not sure what the logic is to make some available, and others not… :huh:

Thank you. I did try that and the field I wanted didn’t have the ‘mass edit’ option and wasn’t sure if there was a way I could change the parameters for that one field TO be mass editable. Like you said it must be what suitecrm folks decided is mass editable or not.
