I believe I have the right setting to send email from the administrator but it does not do any thing. It gets frozen. Any suggestion?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

It's freezing means something wrong in your settings..

check logs.

If you are using gmail , then you need to "Low secure apps "

First of all, thank you. I have been using an older version and I have the same setting but with this new version, It does not allow me. I tried to do this:
The only fix for the current version is to edit the script /include/SugarPHPMailer.php and uncomment the line numbers between 453 to 455, and add the needed sender credentials in...
Did not work
