not able to send email from the administrator for testing in suitecrm

I believe I have the right setting to send email from the administrator but it does not do any thing. It gets frozen. Any suggestion?

It’s freezing means something wrong in your settings…

check logs.

If you are using gmail , then you need to "Low secure apps "
