Disable Accounts requirement

our customers are and always will be individuals, never associated with a company. does anybody have a suggestion how we could get around the “Accounts” module? We do not want to set up customers as accounts (ex. Accounts = last name, first name / Contacts = first name, last name), because it will simply be to confusing for our employees.

Hi,

You can do following things.

  1. Remove from header menu and quick create
  2. Check each module for the mandatory relationship with account module - make it optional and remove relate field from the edit/detail/list view.
  3. Remove it from lead convert view
