I need help, I try to email one of my contact but when I click send a message box appears saying "undefined" what should be the problem.

Is this a new installation, or was it working before?

Which version of SuiteCRM are you using?

Do you see more "undefineds" in other places in the app? If so, that would be a sign of incorrect Linux ownerships/permissions.

this is the version I'm using
Version 7.8.8
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

This is not a new installation and the undefined message only appear in email application.

Have you considered upgrading to the latest 7.8.25 (coming out maybe today)?

If not, try a few repairs form Admin / Repair: the QR & R and anything javascript-related.
